Calculator Guide for the Texas Instruments TI-83 and TI-83/84 Plus

To support instructors and students who use Statistics in Action with graphing calculators, Key Curriculum Press is currently developing a Calculator Guide for the Texas Instruments TI-83 and TI-83/84 Plus. This ancillary will be available as a bound book in May 2004.

In advance of the Calculator Guide’s release, you can download PDF files of the chapters here. The Introduction gives a basic overview of the calculator’s functionality and highlights menus that will be valuable for statistical calculations. The subsequent chapters follow the sequence of the Statistics in Action student text and explain statistical functions at the ideal time to introduce them.
